Delivery Time & Costs
Please note, Hires are not available for international shipping.
Delivery costs and times are as follows:

Orders over the value of $340 will be shipped free of charge.
International deliveries are sent via DHL ‘International Tracked & Signed’ service, which means that somebody will have to provide a signature for the package, so you may want to nominate an address where there will be someone available to sign. If you were unable to receive the delivery, the couriers may leave the parcel with a neighbour, or leave a card with details of how to get the package.
Please note in some special cases, orders can take longer to process. If this is the case, we will keep you updated on the status of your order.
International Express deliveries are sent with DHL Express service, you will receive shipping details and tracking will be available for this service. The cut-off for this is 12pm GMT Monday - Friday.
Taxes & Duties
Duties & taxes will be calculated at checkout.
Oliver Brown has no control over any delays or charges and cannot predict if these might occur. Any charges must be paid by yourself, please check the email address you used to place your order, as customs normally contact you this way if necessary. You may wish to contact the relevant Customs authorities for clarification before placing an order.
Other Delivery Information
- Please make sure your shipping address is correct when you make your order, as we are unable to redirect the parcel once it has been shipped.
- Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer during our Sale periods.
- On some occasions we may decide to make two or more shipments to you, so that your order reaches you as fast as possible. In this case you will only ever have to pay once for the delivery costs. In some special cases, products can take up to eight to twelve weeks for delivery. If this is the case, we will keep you updated on the status of your order. Please note, we are able to deliver to most UK destinations, but please contact us if you are unsure if we will be able to deliver to your location.
